Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing mid-market deals.
- Proven ability to sell to technical buyers including developers, data engineers, and platform teams.
- Experience navigating complex buying processes with multiple stakeholders.
- Active, daily use of AI tools for account research, outreach, and deal preparation.
- Working knowledge of SDLC, cloud infrastructure, and open-source ecosystems.
- Strong pipeline creation skills and comfort with ambiguity.

- Ability to work in eastern time zones.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of net-new opportunities through warm leads and proactive outbound.
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover business value and translate technical capabilities into outcomes.
- Navigate buying committees involving developers, platform teams, security, and procurement.
- Leverage AI tools for account planning, outreach, call summaries, and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with Sales Engineering on POCs and demos to validate technical solutions.
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through close while maintaining accurate forecasting.
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product to identify expansion opportunities.
