Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing mid-market deals.
  • Proven ability to sell to technical buyers including developers, data engineers, and platform teams.
  • Experience navigating complex buying processes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Active, daily use of AI tools for account research, outreach, and deal preparation.
  • Working knowledge of SDLC, cloud infrastructure, and open-source ecosystems.
  • Strong pipeline creation skills and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Alignment with company values: Curious by Default, Build Together, Own It, and Lead with Guts and Heart.
  • Ability to work in eastern time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of net-new opportunities through warm leads and proactive outbound.
  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover business value and translate technical capabilities into outcomes.
  • Navigate buying committees involving developers, platform teams, security, and procurement.
  • Leverage AI tools for account planning, outreach, call summaries, and CRM updates.
  • Coordinate with Sales Engineering on POCs and demos to validate technical solutions.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through close while maintaining accurate forecasting.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product to identify expansion opportunities.
