Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record in land-and-expand sales motions.
  • Deep knowledge of hospitality SaaS solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate 4–8 stakeholders per deal.
  • Experience closing complex multi-property contracts.
  • Fluency in pipeline analytics, including forecasting and conversion funnels.
  • Proficiency in outbound prospecting and designing sales cadences.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the sales pipeline with a focus on outbound efforts for 70%+ of closed deals.
  • Define and execute account-based plays to penetrate new hotel groups and expand existing footprints.
  • Manage forecasting, demand generation, win/loss analyses, and deal reviews.
  • Lead multi-threaded sales processes, aligning GMs, IT, Finance, Operations, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Partner with Customer Success teams to identify expansion opportunities and drive NRR.
  • Represent the company at industry events to generate pipeline and establish thought leadership.
