Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically within life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience selling SaaS or document management solutions.
- Documented track record of managing contract sales.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for prospect meetings and industry events.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging senior-level decision-makers.
- Familiarity with drug development processes and regulatory landscapes is preferred.
- Knowledge of FDA, EMA, or ICH guidelines is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Research, identify and target potential clients, focusing on regulatory strategy and operations leaders.
- Develop and execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, and social media to drive demand.
- Engage with prospects to qualify leads, map stakeholders, and understand budgeting processes.
- Manage a full sales pipeline from initial engagement through to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and collaborate with product teams to support customer onboarding.
- Track and update all interactions and pipeline data accurately within CRM systems.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
