  • Minimum 5 years of software sales experience
  • Minimum 3 years of direct mid-market experience
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles
  • Successful track record of sustained achievement of targets
  • Successful opportunity management selling disruptive and transformative software
  • Successful track record of executive-level (VP and C suite) relationship development
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Create opportunities and manage pipeline for mid-market customers
  • Develop and execute a territory plan
  • Manage the full sales process and opportunities
  • Perform outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue goals
  • Maintain customer, pipeline, and deal information in HubSpot
  • Align with VP of Sales for territory strategy
  • Work with Demand Generation team to drive customer adaptation and expansion
