  • Minimum 5 years of software sales experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of direct mid-market experience.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Successful track record of sustained achievement of targets.
  • Successful opportunity management selling disruptive and transformative software.
  • Successful track record of executive-level (VP and C-suite) relationship development.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Manage opportunity creation and pipeline for mid-market customers.
  • Develop and execute territory plans.
  • Oversee the full sales process and management of opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue goals.
  • Maintain customer, pipeline, and deal information in HubSpot.
  • Align with the VP of Sales on territory strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to drive customer adaptation and expansion.
