Requirements
- Proven experience in sales at a mid-level capacity.
- Proficiency with Salesforce for opportunity and revenue management.
- Ability to learn and understand the subject matter of electric, gas, water, and telecom utility clients.
- Strong lead generation capabilities through cold/warm calling and networking.
- Experience representing a company at industry conferences.
- Ability to manage a pipeline of prospective new customers.
- Effective verbal and written communication for stakeholder management.
- Enthusiasm for process improvement and collaboration within a sales team.
Responsibilities
- Achieve annual sales targets as defined by management.
- Retain and grow existing account business and engagement.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies within the assigned territory.
- Manage and maintain open sales opportunities within Salesforce with weekly updates.
- Attend targeted industry conferences to represent the company in a sales capacity.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders of targeted large accounts.
- Provide feedback to executive leadership on go-to-market materials and strategy.
- Participate in regular sales team sync meetings and planning summits.
