Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- Documented experience in contract sales.
- Experience with SaaS or document management solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging senior-level decision-makers.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for prospect meetings, trade shows, and events.
- Familiarity with drug development processes and the regulatory landscape is preferred.
- Knowledge of FDA, EMA, or ICH guidelines is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients within the drug development industry, focusing on regulatory strategy and operations leaders.
- Develop and execute outbound campaigns in partnership with the marketing team to generate demand.
- Engage with prospects to map stakeholders, understand budgeting processes, and qualify sales opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline from initial engagement through contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with the product team to maintain deep knowledge of platform capabilities and ensure successful customer onboarding.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness.
- Track all lead interactions, pipeline progress, and qualification status in CRM systems like HubSpot and Salesforce.
