Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence dealership leadership.
  • Proven consultative sales experience.
  • Customer-first mindset focused on problem-solving and delivering long-term value.
  • Confidence in leading strategic business discussions and recommending solutions.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, goal-driven environment.
  • Experience supporting customers through change management.
  • PBS or relevant Dealership Management System (DMS) industry experience is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid passport and full driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Contact existing customers to introduce the v10 Apex upgrade and business opportunities.
  • Lead structured discovery conversations to identify workflow gaps and operational efficiencies.
  • Identify PBS products that align with dealership business goals to improve performance and profitability.
  • Present targeted workflow redeployment solutions based on specific dealership needs.
  • Maintain long-term relationships to strengthen customer retention and product reliance.
  • Present the value of coaching on product functionality and process improvement.
  • Build urgency and alignment around v10 Apex adoption using a consultative selling methodology.
  • Partner with delivery, training, and account teams to manage transitions from sale to execution.
