Requirements
- Fluent French & English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA) or pertinent field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or solution consulting.
- 2-3 years of experience with SaaS or CRM platforms (preferred).
- Strong technical background to support and explain SaaS solutions to customers.
- Experience growing and maintaining client accounts, including contract and budget negotiation.
- Ability to perform project demos and scope client requests.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Cultural competence to work with international clients.
- Ability to work flexible/atypical hours to accommodate different time zones.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with clients post-sale.
- Define and execute growth plans for an assigned client portfolio.
- Manage financial aspects of client accounts and convert needs into business opportunities.
- Deliver executive-level presentations to key stakeholders.
- Analyze client adoption of Borealis and advise on best practices and solution implementation.
- Collaborate with internal Project and Technical teams to deliver services and inform product roadmap.
- Promote global best practices for system usage and support client helpdesk utilization.
