Requirements

  • Fluent French & English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA) or pertinent field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or solution consulting.
  • 2-3 years of experience with SaaS or CRM platforms (preferred).
  • Strong technical background to support and explain SaaS solutions to customers.
  • Experience growing and maintaining client accounts, including contract and budget negotiation.
  • Ability to perform project demos and scope client requests.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Cultural competence to work with international clients.
  • Ability to work flexible/atypical hours to accommodate different time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with clients post-sale.
  • Define and execute growth plans for an assigned client portfolio.
  • Manage financial aspects of client accounts and convert needs into business opportunities.
  • Deliver executive-level presentations to key stakeholders.
  • Analyze client adoption of Borealis and advise on best practices and solution implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal Project and Technical teams to deliver services and inform product roadmap.
  • Promote global best practices for system usage and support client helpdesk utilization.
