Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience implementing, configuring, or supporting enterprise SaaS, low-code/no-code, CRM, ERP, or workflow automation platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Interest in sustainability and passion for technology solutions that create business impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience configuring enterprise SaaS applications using low-code/no-code platforms, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Experience with system integrations, REST APIs, ETL/data mapping, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Experience in the utility, clean energy, or regulated industries preferred.
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement enterprise SaaS solutions supporting EE, transportation electrification, and other clean energy programs.
- Partner with clients, Software Implementation Leads, and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, support solution design, and deliver successful software implementations.
- Configure application features, workflows, business rules, user interfaces, and client-specific functionality using low-code/no-code and enterprise SaaS platforms, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Develop functional specifications, process flows, configuration documentation, and other implementation deliverables.
- Support system integrations, REST APIs, ETL/data mapping, data migration, user authentication, and reporting requirements.
- Assist with system configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployments, production releases, and post-launch support.
- Troubleshoot application, configuration, integration, and data issues while working closely with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
