Requirements

  • 3+ years of working in a customer-facing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Experience deploying agents and browser extensions.
  • Proficiency with device management systems (Intune, JAMF, Google Admin MDM).
  • Proven record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Experience onboarding new customers.
  • Organized with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team in a fully remote environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using a CRM tool.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Web Filter and Safety Management deployments, including browser extensions and OS agents.
  • Handle technical configurations for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and various device management systems (MDM).
  • Manage concurrent implementation projects for assigned school district customers.
  • Lead onboarding calls and provide training on Gaggle’s customer portal.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to coordinate project milestones and deliverables.
  • Ensure implementation completion within 60 days of purchase through regular communication.
  • Monitor districts for 30 days post-enablement to ensure successful setup.
  • Support Customer Success Managers with account set-ups for large school districts.
