Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting
  • 2+ years of experience providing professional development
  • Instructional coaching, school leadership, or edtech PD experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting district implementations strongly preferred
  • Exceptional presentation skills for teachers and administrators
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills
  • Self-starter with passion for education technology
  • Strategic thinker and problem-solver
  • Must live close to a major airport
  • Ability to travel up to 60% during back-to-school season and 40% remainder of the year

Responsibilities

  • Partner with district leaders to provide implementation support to mid-size districts
  • Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan
  • Facilitate in-person professional development and conduct quarterly visits
  • Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions
  • Analyze and use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps
  • Partner with the Sales team to manage and grow customer relationships
