- 5+ years of experience teaching in a K-12 setting
- 2+ years of experience providing professional development
- Instructional coaching, school leadership, or edtech PD experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting district implementations strongly preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for teachers and administrators
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills
- Self-starter with passion for education technology
- Strategic thinker and problem-solver
- Must live close to a major airport
- Ability to travel up to 60% during back-to-school season and 40% remainder of the year
Responsibilities
- Partner with district leaders to provide implementation support to mid-size districts
- Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan
- Facilitate in-person professional development and conduct quarterly visits
- Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions
- Analyze and use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps
- Partner with the Sales team to manage and grow customer relationships
