Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
  • Track record of building people functions in high-growth, venture- or growth equity-backed B2B SaaS or technology companies.
  • Proven ability to establish HR infrastructure, including HRIS selection and implementation.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law and multi-state compliance requirements.
  • Deep functional expertise across talent acquisition, total rewards, HR operations, and organizational development.
  • Experience with modern HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, Workday, BambooHR, Lattice).
  • Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence at the CEO and board level.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
  • Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting operations, including ATS selection, job architecture, and structured onboarding.
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop workforce plans aligned with growth strategy and financial goals.
  • Implement a scalable HRIS platform to centralize data and automate workflows.
  • Develop core HR policies, compensation guidelines, and compliance processes for employees and contractors.
  • Design and deploy performance management systems, including review cycles and goal-setting frameworks.
  • Build a total rewards framework including base compensation bands, variable pay, and equity guidelines.
  • Establish leadership development programs to strengthen the management bench.
  • Champion company culture through tangible programs and employee experience initiatives.
