Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, product, strategy, consulting, or related field.
- Experience with go-to-market planning, product launches, messaging development, or market research.
- Demonstrated strength in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience supporting SaaS, healthcare, technology, or other fast-moving product organizations preferred.
- Familiarity with positioning frameworks, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Experience developing sales enablement and customer-facing marketing materials like pitch decks and email campaigns.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new products, features, and key initiatives.
- Craft product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for target audiences.
- Translate product updates and roadmap changes into internal enablement and customer-facing materials such as briefs, FAQs, and one-pagers.
- Collaborate with Sales and Enablement teams to develop launch materials, battlecards, and presentations.
- Contribute to cross-functional launch and campaign planning, aligning stakeholders on priorities and tradeoffs.
- Use qualitative and quantitative inputs to refine messaging and surface opportunities for future launches.
