Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in product ownership, service design, UX design, business analysis, or related roles.
- Proven experience managing product requirements, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong understanding of service design methodologies, customer journey mapping, and user-centered design principles.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into structured solutions and clear product requirements.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Experience with digital products, platforms, or service transformation projects is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, manage priorities, and support delivery of product initiatives.
- Conduct service design activities to identify user needs, business challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, and workflow definition sessions.
- Translate business and user requirements into clear product requirements and actionable deliverables.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on business value, user impact, and project objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, designers, and developers.
- Define and optimize operational workflows to improve service efficiency and user experience.
- Document processes, requirements, user journeys, and service design outputs.
