Requirements
- Professional fluency in German (minimum C1, CEFR) in both speech and writing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage product discovery and delivery cycles.
- Proven experience in strategic product management and hands-on operational work.
- Ability to communicate complex narratives and technical/business details to senior stakeholders.
- Leadership capabilities to mentor, delegate, and performance manage team members.
- Capability to adapt to diverse team communication styles and integrate quickly into client organizations.
- Commercial mindset with an focus on metrics such as retention, expansion, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage discovery and delivery for three streams concurrently, both internally and externally.
- Drive complex cross-functional initiatives in B2C or B2B product environments.
- Communicate compelling product narratives and strategic context to CPOs, VPs, Directors, and Heads of Product.
- Coach, train, and mentor Associate Product Managers, managing between 1-6 people.
- Break down complex initiatives into manageable, quantifiable work for the team.
- Prioritize strategic tasks and execute projects in fast-paced client settings ranging from Series B to publicly listed companies.
