- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and act with urgency.
- Proven experience launching successful products in structured environments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to objectively evaluate problems and impact.
- Sound understanding of APIs and the ability to build scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex problems to diverse audiences.
- Ability to influence and align internal stakeholders across all levels.
- Flair for UI/UX design and a focus on customer-delighting products.
- Strong commercial focus on the success of launched products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing product failures and implementing course corrections.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Familiarity with OCR, IDP, or AI/ML-powered document platforms is a plus.
- Experience with LOS integrations such as Encompass/ICE Mortgage Technology or Blend is preferred.
- Management degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute with a Bachelor’s in CS or Engineering is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Craft and own the product roadmap, setting priorities based on data and customer feedback.
- Research competition, assess market trends, and incorporate findings into product vision.
- Align cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, and Sales through documentation, business cases, and design specifications.
- Act as the subject matter expert for the product and maintain knowledge of competitive solutions.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to report on milestones and product performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new opportunities and educate them on product offerings.
- Manage the end-to-end product delivery cycle, including iterations and full-stack launches.
- Work with analytics teams to optimize product performance through dashboards and reporting.
