Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or L&D Lead with product responsibility in EdTech.
- Proven experience in launching or developing digital products, internal platforms, or services.
- Proficiency in managing roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and task prioritization.
- Experience interacting with technical teams and understanding product development processes.
- Practical experience using AI tools in daily professional work.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Understanding of knowledge base architecture and learning system principles.
- Experience in L&D or HR Tech is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI agents or tools like Synthesia and HeyGen is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define vision, roadmap, and priorities for the AI Learning Platform.
- Formulate backlog, describe user stories, and define functional requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams and AI integrators to launch new features.
- Design user experiences and learning journeys for diverse roles and teams.
- Manage knowledge base development and ensure AI-generated content quality.
- Define and analyze key product metrics like adoption, engagement, and learning scores.
- Develop competency frameworks and integrate learning into performance management.
