Requirements
- 10+ years of product experience leading Product Management and Development in Fintech and/or Payments.
- 8+ years of experience in the Fintech space including B2C and B2B payment methods and the entire fintech ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of payment processing flows, tokenization, refunds, disputes, fraud management, and reconciliations.
- Experience designing and implementing tax solutions via internal or partner platforms.
- Strong grasp of compliance frameworks in the fintech space such as PCI DSS, AML, OFAC, and IRS requirements.
- Proven experience enabling top-tier payment services providers.
- Ability to create reports and analytics via SQL and reporting solutions.
- Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent track record of producing results and anticipating bottlenecks.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy and roadmaps to enhance and expand fintech capabilities including payment processing, invoicing, fraud management and tax compliance.
- Partner with finance, engineering, and security teams to identify needs and develop solutions.
- Work directly with senior stakeholders, customers, and partners to understand their technology and make recommendations.
- Own the success of the FinTech product portfolio by establishing roadmaps focused on moving vital metrics.
- Lead partner integrations and optimization.
- Serve as a thought leader in fintech product innovations, identifying emerging technologies and improving scalability.
