Requirements
- Proven track record of building and launching AI-driven products end-to-end (including GTM strategy and execution).
- Strong experience in B2B product management, including commercializing new solutions.
- Experience working in fast-moving, agile squads or start-up-like environments.
- Highly skilled at uncovering customer needs and translating them into impactful product outcomes.
- Demonstrated strong prioritization, problem-solving, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap for an AI-first squad, delivering market-leading AI-powered solutions.
- Identify, validate, and prioritize customer problems through research, interviews, and data-driven insights.
- Translate product vision into clear requirements, delivery plans, and measurable success metrics.
- Work closely with engineering, data science, design, and commercial teams to deliver products end-to-end.
- Champion AI-first ways of working and influence stakeholders to embed AI adoption across the business.
- Successfully commercialize AI products in a B2B environment to deliver measurable customer and business value.
