Responsibilities
- Maintain the Jira backlog as the single source of truth.
- Plan capacity and forecast timelines using Jira Plans (Advanced Roadmaps).
- Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks and delays.
- Unblock developers daily through technical clarification and resource management.
- Run structured standups and maintain documentation in Confluence.
- Define and justify the product roadmap and feature dependencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business ideas into structured technical tasks.
