Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management.
- At least 2 years of focused experience in AI/ML, LLM orchestration, autonomous systems, or intelligent automation.
- Deep familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Hands-on understanding of function calling, tool use, and advanced prompting techniques.
- Technical fluency in RAG, vector databases, and data pipeline impact on AI behavior.
- Ability to navigate architectural discussions regarding LLM gateways and hybrid environments.
- Experience with FinTech, expense management, or accounting workflows is a plus.
- Proven capability to evaluate LLM latency and benchmark agent accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap to transition from automated workflows to autonomous agentic systems.
- Architect how multi-modal data is indexed, vectorized, and delivered to LLMs to maximize reasoning and accuracy.
- Own the full lifecycle of agent development, from intent recognition and planning to execution.
- Develop evaluation frameworks, memory persistence, and human-in-the-loop guardrails for financial accuracy.
- Partner with Machine Learning Engineers, GenAI Platform teams, and Security to build a scalable agentic ecosystem.
