Requirements
- 15 years of total professional experience demonstrating business understanding.
- 8+ years of relevant product management experience leading data-heavy digital software products.
- Proven track record of taking products from 0-to-1 launch.
- Hands-on experience developing or working with RegTech systems or rule-based software.
- Fluency with AI workflows, including technical AI model evaluations (Evals).
- Engineering literacy to lead AI product development.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex API documentation.
- Proficiency in translating operational landscapes into executable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up ecosystem.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Architect, scale, and manage a unified, multi-market compliance platform to mitigate regulatory risks and accelerate APAC expansion.
- Launch and deploy the V1 Compliance Platform within the Australian (AU) market.
- Blueprint architectural logic to localize and scale the platform across SG, HK, and UK markets.
- Integrate AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into screening pipelines to reduce manual workloads.
- Reduce global KYC and KYB API transactional vendor costs.
- Optimize end-to-end data integration touchpoints to improve user conversion rates and reduce onboarding drop-offs.
