Requirements
- 12+ years of total professional experience, including 7–10+ years in product management roles within high-growth environments.
- Strong background in fintech, financial services, challenger banking, or similarly regulated industries is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to define product strategy, drive execution, and deliver measurable business impact in complex environments.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on improving financial health and user outcomes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and KPI ownership.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience aligning diverse cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience working with omni-channel communication systems is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SQL, regulatory product environments, or global/multi-market teams is a plus.
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to remove blockers and drive delivery in fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and own product strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for customer communication products within the lending and financial services domain.
- Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, design, ML, analytics, and business teams to deliver scalable and impactful product solutions.
- Develop deep customer understanding through research, feedback loops, and data analysis to continuously improve user experience and outcomes.
- Drive data-informed decision-making using experimentation, metrics tracking, and performance analysis to optimize product KPIs.
- Lead the development and launch of new communication features across omni-channel platforms including SMS, email, push, voice, and letter.
- Collaborate closely with compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure products meet regulatory and industry standards.
- Own financial planning aspects including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking product performance against business goals.
- Communicate product vision, progress, and priorities clearly to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
