Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in field-based SaaS solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with new customer and new logo acquisition.
- Proven track record in quota-carrying roles as an individual contributor.
- Proficiency in sales enablement and automation tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or Enablix.
- Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and overcome objections.
- Proficiency in SPIN and Solution Selling techniques.
- Knowledge of Powersports, RV, Marine, Golf, or Trailer industries is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of finance, insurance, retail, and technology industries is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific plans to expand the customer base.
- Generate leads and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Qualify prospect needs and determine suitability for Lightspeed solutions.
- Engage with new customers via inbound leads, networking, and social media.
- Collaborate with internal Customer Success and Marketing teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, and industry trends.
- Manage and report sales metrics using Salesforce.
