Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in field-based SaaS solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience with new customer and new logo acquisition.
  • Proven track record in quota-carrying roles as an individual contributor.
  • Proficiency in sales enablement and automation tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or Enablix.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and overcome objections.
  • Proficiency in SPIN and Solution Selling techniques.
  • Knowledge of Powersports, RV, Marine, Golf, or Trailer industries is a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge of finance, insurance, retail, and technology industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory-specific plans to expand the customer base.
  • Generate leads and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Qualify prospect needs and determine suitability for Lightspeed solutions.
  • Engage with new customers via inbound leads, networking, and social media.
  • Collaborate with internal Customer Success and Marketing teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Manage and report sales metrics using Salesforce.
