Requirements
- Higher education in a technical, mathematical, or economics-related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Advanced Google Sheets skills, including confident use of pivot tables.
- Strong knowledge of statistics and A/B testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in marketing analytics and predictive modeling.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling (preferred).
- Experience building automated reporting and analytics workflows (preferred).
- Experience with marketing experimentation frameworks and incrementality measurement (preferred).
- Experience working with attribution models, paid acquisition channels, and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own marketing analytics processes, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data quality standards.
- Monitor key marketing and business performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Design, prioritize, and evaluate marketing experiments and A/B tests.
- Develop, maintain, and improve analytical and predictive models for attribution, forecasting, segmentation, and budget allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement by automating analytical workflows and implementing best practices.
