Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in business analytics, marketing analytics, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and collaboration skills with executive teams.
- Strategic thinking with strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Digital Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, MixPanel) is a plus.
- Exposure to Snowflake, R, Alteryx, or Python is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze direct sales performance across Auto, Property, and Specialty lines using KPI monitoring, trend analysis, and funnel diagnostics.
- Leverage SQL, Snowflake, and BI tools to extract, transform, and synthesize complex datasets.
- Develop an understanding of marketing channel performance to prioritize digital investments.
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and digital experiments to improve acquisition and conversion.
- Identify friction points and optimize the full multichannel customer journey.
- Support the execution and measurement of sales campaigns and product launches.
- Drive sales analytics research by analyzing competitive performance and digital marketing data.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
