Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in business analytics, marketing analytics, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and collaboration skills with executive teams.
  • Strategic thinking with strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with Digital Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, MixPanel) is a plus.
  • Exposure to Snowflake, R, Alteryx, or Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze direct sales performance across Auto, Property, and Specialty lines using KPI monitoring, trend analysis, and funnel diagnostics.
  • Leverage SQL, Snowflake, and BI tools to extract, transform, and synthesize complex datasets.
  • Develop an understanding of marketing channel performance to prioritize digital investments.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and digital experiments to improve acquisition and conversion.
  • Identify friction points and optimize the full multichannel customer journey.
  • Support the execution and measurement of sales campaigns and product launches.
  • Drive sales analytics research by analyzing competitive performance and digital marketing data.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
