Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Digital Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related analytical field.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience managing, analyzing, and presenting data.
- Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for data querying and analysis.
- Experience using data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
- Must be able to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
- Experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, paid media, CRM, or customer engagement is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Python, Google Ads, CM360, GTM/GA4, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus.
- Previous experience in an agency environment is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing performance data across Paid Media, CRM, Email Marketing, and Customer Engagement Programs.
- Prepare recurring reporting packages by consolidating complex datasets into clear, actionable summaries.
- Support the development of client recommendations and marketing optimization strategies.
- Perform quality assurance reviews across reports, dashboards, and datasets.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Client Services, Media, and Analytics teams.
- Build and maintain effective reporting processes using analytics and visualization tools.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve reporting efficiency and automate workflows.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for measurement and reporting practices.
