Requirements

  • Deep, hands-on experience managing a Segment workspace including event schemas, identity resolution, and governance.
  • Experience with Rockerbox, AppsFlyer, or comparable multi-touch attribution platforms.
  • Fluency in SQL with ability to write complex queries including CTEs and window functions.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, pipeline scripting, or automation.
  • Hands-on experience building AI/LLM workflows, such as prompt-based pipelines or agent-assisted reporting.
  • Experience with lifecycle/ESP/CRM platforms like Iterable or Braze.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Experience designing and measuring A/B test frameworks, cohort construction, and metric selection.
  • Strong written and spoken English fluency for daily async collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and evolve event taxonomy across web, mobile, and server-side sources within Segment CDP.
  • Manage multi-touch attribution platform and investigate channel-level performance anomalies.
  • Develop and document measurement layers for Member and Host Growth experiments to ensure statistical validity.
  • Partner with the Marketing Automation team to ensure accuracy of behavioral triggers and segmentation logic.
  • Build AI-powered pipelines to automate repetitive analysis, reporting, and data quality checks.
  • Create and maintain marketing dashboards in Hex and other BI tools to provide a single source of truth for CAC, conversion, and funnel efficiency.
