Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, BI engineering, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for production-grade data pipelines.
- Solid experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.
- Proficiency with orchestration tools such as dbt or Airflow.
- Strong knowledge of dimensional data modeling and modern data architecture.
- Hands-on experience with semantic layer tools such as Looker/LookML, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Practical experience with LLMs and agentic workflows.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Nice to have: experience in marketing analytics domains such as customer funnels, attribution modeling, CRM, or growth analytics.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable marketing data pipelines and architectures using modern data stack practices.
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows to transform raw marketing data into clean, reliable, and report-ready datasets.
- Build and maintain semantic layers enriched with business context to support both BI tools and AI-driven analytics.
- Develop predictive models and analytical frameworks to forecast marketing performance and improve decision-making.
- Support marketing attribution modeling initiatives to measure channel effectiveness and campaign impact.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance through monitoring, validation, and standardization processes.
- Create and support AI-powered workflows and reusable AI skills that enable natural language interaction with marketing data.
- Conduct AI and data quality validation cycles to ensure reliability and accuracy of AI-generated insights.
