Requirements
- 4–6+ years in Analytics Engineering, BI, or Data Engineering.
- Advanced SQL skills including joins, CTEs, window functions, and optimization.
- Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau.
- Experience building and maintaining data models and pipelines.
- Proven ownership of production reporting and data quality.
- Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AWS stack (S3, Redshift, Glue, Athena) is a plus.
- Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, or modern ELT frameworks is a plus.
- Experience in marketing analytics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, funnels, retention) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and availability of dashboards and reports.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and SLAs for critical reporting assets.
- Design and optimize SQL transformations and data models to reduce logic duplication.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.
- Implement data validation checks and anomaly detection for data trust.
- Partner with marketing and commercial teams to define key performance metrics.
- Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions.
