Requirements

  • 3+ years operating CVM/lifecycle programs on the US market.
  • US b2c subscription experience (non-negotiable).
  • 5+ years total in CRM / lifecycle / CVM with end-to-end ownership experience.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise omnichannel platforms (Maestra preferred; Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or Klaviyo relevant).
  • Proven experience launching SMS as a marketing channel in the US (TCPA, A2P 10DLC, carrier compliance).
  • Hands-on experience launching web push and measuring lift.
  • SQL proficiency for segmenting and data validation.
  • Strong understanding of subscription metrics (LTV, payback period, retention curves).
  • Track record of measurable incremental revenue from CRM.
  • Fluency in English and Russian.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Reg-to-Purchase conversion through triggered sequences across email, SMS, and web push.
  • Manage first-purchase activation and differentiate renewal sequences by plan tier.
  • Build and execute pre-cancel intervention flows and reactivation engines for dormant cohorts.
  • Lead migration off current ESP to an omnichannel platform and recover email domain reputation.
  • Launch SMS and web push as first-class marketing channels while ensuring US compliance.
  • Implement and maintain incremental measurement with holdouts to track campaign performance.
