Requirements
- Strong background as a Senior SDET or QA Automation Lead.
- Proven experience testing complex enterprise SaaS, distributed systems, big data engines, or data platforms.
- Deep expertise in programming languages: Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience with modern testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Exceptional SQL and API testing expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and GitHub version control.
- Adaptability in using AI tools for test case generation and failure analysis.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, scale, and maintain robust automation frameworks capable of testing complex SaaS and distributed data architectures.
- Embed automated test suites seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins).
- Drive deep integration, API, performance, resilience, and data-integrity automation across the stack.
- Establish clean code standards for test scripts and conduct rigorous code reviews as the technical authority.
- Coach junior engineers and guide functional QA testers toward automated practices.
- Own the final quality sign-off for platform releases with authority to halt deployments.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to map automation strategies early in the development lifecycle.
- Track and report on QA operational metrics to optimize delivery speed and quality.
