Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Customer Success or Onboarding, ideally within high-velocity B2B SaaS or SMB tech.
- Exceptional communication skills, specifically warm, clear, and confident across live video demos, email sequences, and live chat.
- Data and analytical fluency to read product usage signals and make proactive, data-driven interventions.
- Deep coach empathy and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace.
- High ownership and comfort navigating ambiguity to build and refine customer processes.
- Background or passion for fitness or wellness is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer success tools like ChurnZero, Gainsight, or Planhat.
- Experience with support platforms like Intercom, HubSpot, or Loom.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
Responsibilities
- Run 1:1 onboarding calls to get coaches live quickly, and lead group webinars with live Q&A as we scale.
- Own live chat, email, and Instagram DMs to answer product questions, troubleshoot workflows, and drive user value.
- Monitor customer health using usage data and proactively reach out to trial users who have gone quiet before their trial ends.
- Capture feedback and share insights that directly shape what our product team builds next.
