Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer support, customer success, or sales.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Adaptability to navigate diverse customer situations with composure.
  • Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success.
  • Assess customer operational needs to deliver tailored onboarding plans and technical training.
  • Monitor customer health, identify improvement opportunities, and manage potential risks.
  • Process inbound Add-On order requests and provide support during the ordering process.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Partner Account Managers and internal teams to escalate issues and share feedback.
