Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer support, customer success, or sales.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Adaptability to navigate diverse customer situations with composure.
- Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success.
- Assess customer operational needs to deliver tailored onboarding plans and technical training.
- Monitor customer health, identify improvement opportunities, and manage potential risks.
- Process inbound Add-On order requests and provide support during the ordering process.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Partner Account Managers and internal teams to escalate issues and share feedback.
