Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
- Deep expertise in Linux, MacOS, and Windows system administration (device management, patching, operational support).
- Experience with automation workflows, SSO configurations, and scalable onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in scripting with a focus on automation.
- Experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud-centric environments and cybersecurity capabilities.
- Experience with traditional on-prem LAN/WAN environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in Mountain time or Pacific time zones.
- Availability for on-call rotations and after-hour responses.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT helpdesk requests.
- Diagnose and provide technical support for staff.
- Collaborate with HR and Security teams for onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Configure and deploy laptops, devices, and software.
- Manage hardware asset shipping, receiving, and inventory.
- Administer MDM systems and BYOD policies.
- Maintain and secure endpoint devices under Security team direction.
- Provide staff training on IT topics.
- Assist with change management and IT procurement.
