Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
  • Deep expertise in Linux, MacOS, and Windows system administration (device management, patching, operational support).
  • Experience with automation workflows, SSO configurations, and scalable onboarding processes.
  • Proficiency in scripting with a focus on automation.
  • Experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud-centric environments and cybersecurity capabilities.
  • Experience with traditional on-prem LAN/WAN environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in Mountain time or Pacific time zones.
  • Availability for on-call rotations and after-hour responses.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT helpdesk requests.
  • Diagnose and provide technical support for staff.
  • Collaborate with HR and Security teams for onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Configure and deploy laptops, devices, and software.
  • Manage hardware asset shipping, receiving, and inventory.
  • Administer MDM systems and BYOD policies.
  • Maintain and secure endpoint devices under Security team direction.
  • Provide staff training on IT topics.
  • Assist with change management and IT procurement.
