Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing complex IT programs.
- 3+ years of experience specifically focused on Google Workspace deployments and Change Management.
- Deep practical knowledge of the Google Workspace ecosystem, including security/governance models and collaborative capabilities.
- Proven experience defining and tracking KPIs related to project health, user adoption rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical shifts into clear, benefit-driven narratives for non-technical users.
- Exceptional empathy, active listening, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is highly preferred.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) is highly preferred.
- Google Workspace Professional Administrator or Deployment Specialist credentials are highly preferred.
- Cloud Digital Leader certification is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, scoping, and execution of complex Google Workspace deployment and optimization programs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, ensuring transparent communication, risk mitigation, and alignment on deliverables.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including technical engineers, data migration specialists, and trainers.
- Define, track, and own delivery satisfaction metrics to proactively address client friction points.
- Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies including communication, training, and resistance management.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to anticipate user transition friction.
- Build and nurture internal champion networks to drive grassroots peer-to-peer learning.
- Coach clients on leveraging Google Workspace apps to transform daily collaboration and business outcomes.
