- Manage and maintain overall program budgets.
- Verify and reconcile project costs against client systems.
- Develop and maintain monthly program-level cash flow models.
- Review pay applications for A/E teams, consultants, and general contractors.
- Ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements including prevailing wage and M/WBE participation.
- Coordinate with on-site owner representatives to verify construction progress.
- Support change order management and monitor contingency funds.
