Experience: Minimum of 7 years of clinical research experience or proven competencies for this position and a minimum of 4 years of direct project management experience

Bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related field (advanced degree preferred)
Minimum 7 years of clinical research experience
Minimum 4 years of direct project management experience
Experience managing complex and global trials
In-depth experience in pharmaceutical and/or device research
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, eTMF, EDC, and CTMS
Knowledge of ICH-GCP and relevant SOPs
Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to travel domestically and internationally including overnight stays

Serve as primary point-of-contact and primary escalation point to the client
Coordinate and oversee all functional services including external vendors to the established timeline and budget
Manage the study budget, ensuring project remains within scope and driving change orders to completion
Maintain integrated collaboration with clinical operations and functional operations in the delivery of the program
Develop robust and comprehensive project plans, including timelines and proactive risk management
Ensure Quality management for assigned projects, including eTMF inspection readiness and CAPA plans
Establish tracking metrics to monitor trial and team progress towards project goals
Prepare project status updates and report on key performance indicators to clients and senior management
Lead internal and client meetings and conduct formal presentations, including Bid Defenses
