Requirements
- 5+ years of project or program management experience with a focus on technical or technology-led initiatives.
- Demonstrable experience acting as an integrator across cross-functional technical teams.
- Proven ability to design and implement delivery processes and workflows from scratch.
- Strong grasp of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and technical delivery patterns like CI/CD.
- Hands-on experience with agile and hybrid delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Strong command of core project management disciplines including scope, scheduling, risk, and budget oversight.
- Experience with modern project and engineering tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Notion.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills for multi-team workshops and executive reporting.
- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification, or equivalent applied experience.
- High degree of autonomy and ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs spanning software development, cloud infrastructure, and system integrations.
- Act as the connective tissue across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, DevOps, Security, and Business Operations.
- Design and implement tailored project delivery processes including intake, scoping, sprint ceremonies, and release coordination.
- Own project delivery artifacts such as charters, schedules, RACI matrices, and risk registers.
- Establish governance structures including steering committees and technical review checkpoints.
- Partner with leadership to align technical roadmaps with business priorities and manage project financials.
- Facilitate requirements clarification, technical scoping, and estimation sessions with engineering and product teams.
- Define and embed delivery metrics and reporting frameworks to provide portfolio visibility.
- Lead change management and communication planning for technically complex initiatives.
