Requirements

  • Ability to act as a mediator for stakeholders with conflicting requirements to create consensus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build commitment and excitement within project teams.
  • Proven track record of building strong customer relationships with empathy and dedication.
  • Experience preparing and delivering presentations targeted to senior audiences.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions, establish goals, and provide reporting/dashboards.
  • Strategic thinker comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous start-up environment.
  • BA/BS degree required; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Solutions Architects and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver successful Pigment customer implementations.
  • Own project scope, timelines, and budgets, keeping all contributors aligned.
  • Proactively respond to customer requests, anticipate risks, and drive mitigation actions.
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure high levels of adoption and business value.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer executive sponsors.
  • Collaborate with the product team on product vision and roadmap using deep product expertise.
  • Participate in updating the company's project management methodology.
  • Deliver presentations and trainings, and provide structure for creative solutions.
