Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Nursing, Clinical Sciences, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Healthcare Technology, Healthcare Consulting, Software Implementation, or similar customer-facing delivery roles.
- 2+ years of experience managing, coaching, and developing teams with demonstrated leadership success.
- Experience managing complex customer engagements, stakeholder relationships, project risks, and escalations.
- Strong project management, operational planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to establish KPIs, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Experience applying AI or automation tools to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, or team performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Software Implementation Consultants through mentoring, performance management, hiring, onboarding, and career development.
- Establish strong team rhythms through regular one-on-ones, coaching conversations, and continuous feedback.
- Oversee customer implementation engagements to ensure high-quality delivery, successful outcomes, and strong customer satisfaction.
- Manage delivery risks, customer escalations, and project challenges by identifying solutions and providing clear recommendations.
- Monitor operational performance through KPIs, OKRs, utilization metrics, capacity planning, and forecasting.
- Improve team efficiency by optimizing workflows and empowering consultants to make customer-focused decisions.
- Drive improvements to consulting methodologies, governance processes, delivery standards, and best practices to support scalability.
- Partner with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, Technical Services, Project Management, and Solution Design teams.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI-enabled tools and automation into consulting workflows.
