Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or operational analysis.
- Proficiency with visualization tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, or Tableau.
- Proficiency with Python and R.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL querying, and report automation.
- Experience with data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and enterprise data governance.
- Strong understanding of machine learning and large language models.
- Experience in the energy, utilities, or midstream sector is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, scorecards, and reports to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into data models, KPIs, and analytical frameworks.
- Lead data validation and governance efforts to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to align insights with business needs.
- Support financial, operational, and engineering teams with ad-hoc analytics and scenario modeling.
- Drive development of BI competencies by mentoring team members on data tools and visualization best practices.
- Partner with IT on BI roadmap initiatives and digital transformation programs.
