Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or business systems roles within a SaaS or technology environment
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce; exposure to administration is a plus
- Familiarity with business tools such as HubSpot, NetSuite, or similar platforms
- Understanding of system integrations and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Celigo, Informatica, or similar) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify process improvement opportunities
- Experience building reports, dashboards, or performance tracking tools for business stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical or operational solutions
- Collaborative mindset with comfort working across multiple departments and stakeholders
- Curiosity and adaptability when learning new systems, tools, and technologies
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze, optimize, and improve business processes across the organization
- Support the administration and continuous improvement of core systems such as CRM, ERP, and marketing automation platforms
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage enhancement requests, and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting tools for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership teams
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability through ongoing data quality and governance efforts
- Support system integrations and workflows across platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, and related tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to identify automation opportunities and improve system performance
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and operational knowledge bases
- Leverage automation and AI tools to streamline reporting, documentation, and operational workflows
