Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business systems, revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations.
- Professional experience within a SaaS or technology company.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
- Familiarity with business applications such as HubSpot or NetSuite.
- Experience with system integrations or automation tools like Celigo, Zapier, or Informatica.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into practical, operational solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, curious mindset with a desire to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and operational efficiency.
- Support the administration and continuous improvement of CRM, ERP, marketing automation, and internal tools.
- Troubleshoot system issues and recommend process improvements to enhance employee experience.
- Build, maintain, and improve reporting dashboards for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership.
- Ensure data quality through ongoing initiatives and generate ad hoc reports for business planning.
- Manage integrations between core business systems to ensure reliable data flow.
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of internal documentation and process guides.
- Deliver training and support to help employees use business applications effectively.
