Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a related role within healthcare or technology.
  • At least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Experience within a STEM field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field; STEM degree strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel required; SQL and Tableau experience preferred.
  • Must complete Six Sigma Green Belt Certification within 6 months of hire.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work occasional weekends, overnight hours, and be on-call during peak periods.
  • Must reside in the Eastern or Central time zone.
  • Ability to travel approximately 5% of the time, including twice-yearly in-person visits to headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes across departments.
  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Lead and manage project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for the operations department.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends that inform business decisions and drive operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and play an integral role in shaping company culture.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends and emerging technologies in the healthtech sector.
