Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or a similarly rigorous, structured environment
- Equivalent experience in strategy, business operations, or a high-growth startup
- Strong analytical and communication skills to structure complex problems for Senior Leadership
- Ability to quickly internalize and apply brand standards with consistency
- Genuine passion for sustainability and plastic waste reduction
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to operate at the highest levels of an organization
- System-oriented mindset focused on building scalable processes
- Comfort with ambiguity and operating in a fast-moving environment
- Highly adaptable, capable of ranging from administrative tasks to leading strategy engagements
- Active, practical use of AI tools in day-to-day work with ability to drive team adoption

Responsibilities
- Lead special projects end-to-end with full ownership and autonomy, and support the Chief of Staff on broader initiatives as needed
- Drive organizational efficiency, health, and team performance initiatives by identifying gaps and designing systems
- Own cross-functional strategy and insights projects from scoping through synthesis and executive recommendation
- Support board preparation, OKR reviews, and recurring leadership cadences to ensure team alignment
- Identify operational gaps across the business and develop structured solutions to address them
- Serve as a connective resource across teams to track critical priorities and dependencies
- Integrate AI and emerging tools into existing workflows through direct implementation
- Manage CEO administrative operations, including inbox and calendar management
- Establish and improve processes within the Office of the CEO to support leadership
