Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or a similarly rigorous, structured environment
  • Equivalent experience in strategy, business operations, or a high-growth startup
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to structure complex problems for Senior Leadership
  • Ability to quickly internalize and apply brand standards with consistency
  • Genuine passion for sustainability and plastic waste reduction
  • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to operate at the highest levels of an organization
  • System-oriented mindset focused on building scalable processes
  • Comfort with ambiguity and operating in a fast-moving environment
  • Highly adaptable, capable of ranging from administrative tasks to leading strategy engagements
  • Active, practical use of AI tools in day-to-day work with ability to drive team adoption

Responsibilities

  • Lead special projects end-to-end with full ownership and autonomy, and support the Chief of Staff on broader initiatives as needed
  • Drive organizational efficiency, health, and team performance initiatives by identifying gaps and designing systems
  • Own cross-functional strategy and insights projects from scoping through synthesis and executive recommendation
  • Support board preparation, OKR reviews, and recurring leadership cadences to ensure team alignment
  • Identify operational gaps across the business and develop structured solutions to address them
  • Serve as a connective resource across teams to track critical priorities and dependencies
  • Integrate AI and emerging tools into existing workflows through direct implementation
  • Manage CEO administrative operations, including inbox and calendar management
  • Establish and improve processes within the Office of the CEO to support leadership
