Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, strategic operations, or a similar CEO/COO-facing role in a high-growth or top-tier consulting environment
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with experience building financial or operational models
  • Proficiency in working with data tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and executive-level narratives
  • Experience working across multiple functions and influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority
  • Strong understanding of business operations, go-to-market dynamics, and organizational execution frameworks
  • SQL proficiency and experience with data querying is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI tools or automation workflows for operational improvement is a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong storytelling ability
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive core business operating rhythms including annual planning, QBRs, and weekly executive cadences to ensure alignment and clarity across leadership
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and optimize strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and growth opportunities, developing data-driven recommendations and leading implementation with stakeholders
  • Build executive-ready analyses, models, and presentations that support strategic decision-making at the COO and CEO level
  • Independently analyze complex datasets to generate insights, forecasts, and recommendations that guide business priorities
  • Design and implement lightweight tools, dashboards, and automated workflows to reduce manual effort and improve visibility across teams
  • Drive cross-functional execution by influencing stakeholders without formal authority and ensuring initiatives are delivered end-to-end
