Data Platform Engineer I

Assist with configuring and maintaining SQL Server and Kafka systems under the guidance of senior engineers.
Execute operational checklists for backup, disaster recovery, and patching efforts.
Support system monitoring and alerting activities.
Maintain documentation of operational processes and system changes.
Collaborate with platform team members and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and support day-to-day operations.
Escalate concerns when appropriate.
Participate in discussions about process improvement and platform efficiency.
Provide on-call support outside regular working hours as needed.
Collaborate with the Talent team in hiring and recruitment activities, including interviews.

Benefits & Perks

Base pay range of $135,000-$150,000 for Senior Software Engineer I, plus equity and variable compensation.
