Our G4 Sequencing Platform delivers speed, accuracy, flexibility, and scale for genomic applications. We are now developing the G4X Spatial Sequencer for multiomic analysis at subcellular resolution. How We Work

Engineering at Singular Genomics

You will solve complex challenges in genomic analysis, working on our core sequencing analysis platform. Our engineers contribute across pipeline engineering, operational tooling, and field support. We use solid Python fundamentals within a large, production codebase. You will maintain build configuration, CI/CD pipelines, and regression infrastructure using tools like Jenkins and Bitbucket. We also work with relational databases, web services, and pipeline orchestration like Airflow. Developing and maintaining operational tooling, addressing data handling, and improving pipeline reliability are key aspects of our work. You'll ensure our platforms remain robust, scalable, and responsive to scientific advancements. We value strong debugging instincts and the ability to triage ambiguous failures under pressure.
